1st of all we love this service !
it's very odd that this person would complain ??? we have been using this service for the past 2 1/2 years and we have never had a problem when we had to cancel our appointment ? we give the notice at least 24hrs in advance which seems very fare. This person must be upset because they didn't give the common certious of calling and canceling prior to the truck going to there house? what's write is right ladies. you must just be upset that you may have an NON-CANCELATION FEE now.
shame on you for not doing the right thing by them ? This service is GREAT !!! Don't listen to them !
funny how out of 50 prior post they are the only complaining ( And They didn't call to cancel ) but everyone else would do the proper thing if they had to cancel like I did with out any problem ? you can't get grooming any easier then this , PET PAMPERING PATROL is the way to go !!!

I had my dog groomed with gina back in August, i must she is a wonderful groomer. however as far as the owner of this company goes Hes very unprofessional when talking to people and very rude. i will not use this company again unless gina goes into business by herself. beware of owner when you decide to cancel an appointment or he decides to reschedule you original appt. or take your business somewhere else.

Hi Gina,
It's me Demi,remember, the black lab that you shaved! I have to say I feel and look a lot younger since then. My "smell" seems to have disappeared with my hair removal, and my owners are quite happy.

Thank you Gina,
you did a great job on April. it wasnt only the FANTASTIC grooming job she got, but also the time you took to let the dog warm up to you.This is my first mommy experience and of course after hearing some many horrible groomers tale i was scare to whom hands my dog was being put in. But rightaway April warmed up to gina and it was love at first sight. i felt trust in her. well thats one battle won. Gina is APRIL'S GROOMER for as long as God gives them both life. thank gina for being so wonderful

As busy as Glenn's schedule is; he made time to come out to my organization's animal fair and gave the employees a better sense of the reality of dog grooming. It is obvious that he know's the business well and is very knowledgeable in the area of animal care. I will definitely tell all my friends about him.

Glenn you can't be touched when it comes to cutting dogs hair ! you have a true skill thwt hands down I have not seen in a very long time ! this was your calling & I am so happy to have found you for my pets !
Keep up the good work , Belive me folks he is worth money and the wait !

You groomed me on Friday the 11th and I am still so nice and clean. Remember my questionable odor? Well so far so good. Whatever you did worked. My owners are very happy. I even gave your number to my neighbors.
