We wanted to say that we are sorry to here that glenn is away with family matters hope everything works out !
we tried to book a grooming but found out this sad news . we will wait for our groomer "GLENN" he is the best Groomer & Friend to OUR family .
when our 4 Bichons are in his care we have no worries ! We Love The Pet Pampering Patrol ! Its sad to see when people are vicous and place nasty comments to this guestbook just because a person may not be that happy with a perticular Groomer you should not put down the whole company try another Groomer ! belive me we have had many Groomers and for the little extra that we pay with them , the convienince of them comeing to groom our dogs at our home is soooooo worth it ! in the long run it works out better and is cheaper for when you have to spend ( ie.. Taxi's ) to and from grooming shops. If your reading this post belive me this is a wounderful Grooming company that cares for your pet and will never harm a pet they are actual Dog Lovers them selves !! like any service company there are differant levels of skills in the groomers . choose the one that best fits your needs. (ie.. Glenn is always booked about 4 - 6 weeks in advance ). somethings are worth the wait so book early!

This feedback is very long overdue! I have been a Pet Pampering Fan for a long time now and I never plan on leaving :) Gina is amazing, both professionaly and personally! I love that she loves my baby and even better, I love that she is great at what she does! I don't have an easy breed (Samoyed) but you would never know it when you see Gina...she makes it look like an easy job! :) Thank you Gina for caring and loving my girl and for doing an awesome job with her too. We are loyal to the end!

we had our dog groomed yeasterday by Glen and we have to say he did a great job ! our pooky is so happy and jumping around like she never did before after being groomed ! you have a way with dogs Glen , GREAT JOB !
if your thinking about getting your dog groomed by the Pet Pampering Patrol
(Glen) DO IT ! so worth it, and worth the wait for Glen ( because he is always booked )at home sevice how great !

Glenn we wanted to thank you for such a great job you do. we are always so happy with your service . the last groomer didn't care of my dogs health needs ( hind legs ) and you are so good with handleing him ! we thank you for your kindness . you are the best groomer we have ever had and we had a few since we have had dogs our whole life . keep up the good work Glen

Our Dog was Groomed by Gina before and we were ok with it so we booked again with her on 12/27/08.
This time for whatever reason GINA I'm very unhappy !!! you parked far away and made us come to you , the job was done in 45 min and put him outside of the van and got back in , he looked the same he wasn't properly trimmed and has alot of hair between his toes & ears , he can still use alot more trimming !
This was a definite a rush job Gina !
you are going to lose clients if you start grooming like this .
We love this service but my have to change groomers next time booking here.

there was a mix up when we were to have our dog groomed by gina and we had to Re Book , gina had groomed our dog twice before and we thought it was OK
(very short) so this time Glenn was free 5 days later so we gave him a try , wow now we know what a GROOMER is ! what a difference between groomers ! if you want your dogs hair cut short then Gina is your girl BUT if you want your dog GROOMED & STYLED then you get Glenn we are sooooo happy with the way she looks ! looks like Glenn will be our choice next time.

thank you soooooooooooooo much! my 9 month old mutt cooper is a rescuse and dosent really like people touching him. at first i was worried but he went right to glenn! and he came back so happy and soft and fluffy and shiny even though he is short hair. coop didnt want to leave the van! glenn is sooooo definatly worth the money!!!!!!!! but book an apointment in advance because he is booked and now i know why. i even gave his card to my friends!

Was skeptical about getting a nice groomer , but Gina past expectations. My Mini Poodle is happy and the cut is nice. Past experiences with the groomer at the pet shop on grand concourse left my dog traumatized about getting groomed. Will be going to Gina from now on.

this service has saved my life and relationship with my dog !
I am a very busy person so i have slacked off with my babies groomings My dog was groomed on Nov 28th WoW !
were did The PET PAMPERING PATROL come from ! WoW !!!!!
