One thing i have to say is NOW I get it , It took me some time to understand why in the grooming field your hours were more so Mid week and NOT evenings & weekends. After talking with you and understanding that this is more so your passion then just a "JOB" and that you were in Law enforcement prior to Grooming. At first I was a little bit skeptical in giving you my Yorkies to groom! I went with my GUT and gave your company a try , My yorkies can be a handful at times and have changed Groomers several times because I either didn't like the way the grooming came out or didn't like the way my yorkies where being handled ! I was also a little upset that I had to wait over two weeks to have them groomed & i was charged a little more to travel up to were I live in White Plains NY. I thought you were very professional in your approach , in the why you handled my pets ( and the little bitches ran right to Glen) just when I finished telling him that they can be a bit Bitchy and snip ! I think you (glen) were in the wrong field my friend you playing cops & robbers was a waste of time because you have a gift ! Not only did my babys came out Fantastic looking & smelling Great they were so happy when they were home with me ! usually after a grooming they get sick ( throw up ) and hide under the bed or table for a day and this time as i sat in my living room waiting to see how they would react "THEY WERE HAPPY & JUMPING AROUND WITH JOY !!" I have to say I shed a tear of joy because as a pet owner you love your pets as your children. There is NO PRICE that you can put on happiness ! glen god bless you . you may have been a Good NYPD detective BUT you are a DAM GREAT DOG GROOMER !!! Looking forward to using your services again & again & again !!! Fully understand now "You do this because you like to NOT because you NEED TOO !!"
