One thing i have to say is NOW I get it , It took me some time to understand why in the grooming field your hours were more so Mid week and NOT evenings & weekends. After talking with you and understanding that this is more so your passion then just a "JOB" and that you were in Law enforcement prior to Grooming. At first I was a little bit skeptical in giving you my Yorkies to groom! I went with my GUT and gave your company a try , My yorkies can be a handful at times and have changed Groomers several times because I either didn't like the way the grooming came out or didn't like the way my yorkies where being handled ! I was also a little upset that I had to wait over two weeks to have them groomed & i was charged a little more to travel up to were I live in White Plains NY. I thought you were very professional in your approach , in the why you handled my pets ( and the little bitches ran right to Glen) just when I finished telling him that they can be a bit Bitchy and snip ! I think you (glen) were in the wrong field my friend you playing cops & robbers was a waste of time because you have a gift ! Not only did my babys came out Fantastic looking & smelling Great they were so happy when they were home with me ! usually after a grooming they get sick ( throw up ) and hide under the bed or table for a day and this time as i sat in my living room waiting to see how they would react "THEY WERE HAPPY & JUMPING AROUND WITH JOY !!" I have to say I shed a tear of joy because as a pet owner you love your pets as your children. There is NO PRICE that you can put on happiness ! glen god bless you . you may have been a Good NYPD detective BUT you are a DAM GREAT DOG GROOMER !!! Looking forward to using your services again & again & again !!! Fully understand now "You do this because you like to NOT because you NEED TOO !!"

I was so happy when I saw my dog after his hair cut and I can also see he was happy too. Before the haircut my chin-po was nothing but a fur ball and I couldn't see his eyes. Now I can see his little almond eyes. The grommer Glen was great . No cuts or scrapes on my dog body like the other gromer. I can tell Glen treated my dog with tender loving care. Please want a great haircut done right asked for Glen and the prices are good with service done in front of your home.

OMG glen I have to say I can't believe how talented you really are !!!!
I told my girlfriend about you & your service and she took my advice ( not knowing she would ) and she hasn't stopped telling me HOW GREAT HER BABY YORKIE ( my name sake Dollce ) CAME OUT LOOKING !!!! WoW I get you do Have the skills that people have been saying ! Go Figure LoL
Keep up the GREAT work cleaning all those "DIRTY DOGS" and showing HOW GREAT A GROOMER YOU RELLY ARE !!!! you Go Glen

I ALWAYS USED GINA FOR MY BABY LEEANN'S GROOMING.LEEANN IS A YORKSHIRE TERRIER AND GINA GIVE HER FIRST HAIR CUT.AND LEEANN WAS ALWAYS SO HAPPY WHEN SHE SAW GINA. BUT NOW I'M GOING TO HAVE GLENN.I HOPE MY LEEANN LIKES HIM BUT I'M SURE SHE WILL.BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN THAT PET PAMPERING REALLY PAMPERS MY BABY LEEANN.GINA ALWAYS DID A GREAT JOB AND I READ GLENN WILL DO THE SAME.THANK YOU PET PAMPERING

I am a huge fan of Pet Pampering Patrol but worked with Glenn for the first time this weekend for my border collie mix Megan and all I can say is that he not only did an amazing job, he was amazing with Megan. She is a shelter dog who was abused, so she can be weary of people at first and she was totally comfortable and that put my mind at ease. He was so amazing with her and went above and beyond that my sister and I were SO happy with the outcome, it was worth every penny and I can't say it enough...I am so happy to have such a service in the Bronx, we usually get the short end of the stick and not only is it convenient but also amazing!!! Thanks so much and Megan thanks you too:-)

Now that I have moved to Florida, I am frantically searching for a pet mobile groomer as good as Glenn. I have not had any luck. I remember asking Glenn if he serviced Mount Vernon and he said he would even though it was a little out of his area. I'm glad he did because he was great with my Shi-Poo, Bailey. He was ...able to cut Bailey exactly the way I liked him from a photo I showed him. We miss Glenn and his professionalism and wish him continued success with the business.

Glenn, you are wonderful. You made my 6 month old puppy Lola look and smell better than she already did. Thanks for being so gentle and nice to her. She is sooooooo adorable. I love the way you groomed her. You're the best. I will recommend you to everyone. Love you.

Used Pet Pampering Patrol for the first time just yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Alot of people have problems grooming Rottweilers but Glenn was the best! My baby boy looks great and smells great too! Finally found the perfect groomer!

Glen you are the love of my 3 bulldogs life !
(2 english & 1 American) you make them feel so good & look great WE LOVE YOU !!! it helps with the knowledge that you have with there skin conditions and your recommendation to change them to oatmeal shampoo has made a real difference ! you better not stop grooming because we have looked long and Hard for a groomer like you ! 1,000 % recommendation for using the Pet Pampering Patrol
